Suppliers must register with accurate information. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

2. Data Privacy & Security

All supplier data is securely stored and used for business transactions only. We do not sell or share your information without consent.

Suppliers are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

3. Order Processing & Transactions

All purchase orders, invoices, and transactions processed through the portal are binding. Suppliers must ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

4. System Availability & Downtime

The Supplier Portal operates with 99.9% uptime; however, occasional maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

5. Usage Restrictions

Suppliers may not misuse, alter, or attempt to hack the system. Unauthorized use may result in account suspension.

6. Termination of Account

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of policies, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance.

Suppliers may request account termination with a formal notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of updates.
